The first release of Lakefield Irish single malt whiskey from Waterford is part of its Single Farm Origin range. Made with barley harvested in 2016, Lakefield 1.1 was matured in a variety of casks for three and a half years before being bottled. The palate offers notes of apple crumble, stewed rhubarb and clove that linger in the finish.
