Made from 100% floor malted Danish grain, this fruity and floral dram is a marriage of traditional single malt and malted rye whiskey. Høst – meaning harvest – is matured in heavily-charred new American oak casks, with some first-fill port barriques, adding a sweet berry character to the spirit. You can expect notes of apple blossom, bran flakes, raspberry compote and crème brûlée.
