They make their Hill & Harbour Gin using a base featuring their very own wheat grain spirit alongside a selection of 11 botanicals - the likes of Noble Fir Pine needles and Bladderwrack seaweed, among others. Surprisingly fruity, but well balanced with herbaceous notes making their way to the fore on the palate.
