Hartenberg Wine Estate, Shiraz, 75cl

The Mediterranean climate, cool breezes and poor gravelly soils provide optimal conditions for Shiraz. Only 20% of the juice is drawn from the crushing, meaning that the wine is deep in colour with concentrated aromatics. Spicy, earthy notes and characteristic raspberry and blackberry on the nose. The palate is succulent and rich with a well-rounded mouth feel and fine, powdery tannins on the finish.
