Dà Mhìle’s Dark Skies Rum was launched in 2021 to celebrate the Cambrian Mountains Dark Skies initiative, honouring one of the UK’s premier stargazing regions. It’s a wholly organic rum—fermented, distilled and bottled on-site at the award-winning farmhouse distillery in Llandysul, Ceredigion. The spirit is matured in oak casks and bottled at 40 % ABV. Vegan-certified, it’s styled to work equally well as a neat sipper or in mixed drinks, from a Dark Skies Mojito to a Rum & Coke Float.
