Dà Mhìle Apple Brandy 40%, 5cl is a Welsh-crafted organic spirit that closely mirrors the traditional Calvados style. Distilled from organic cider and perry, it undergoes a two-year maturation in French red wine casks, imparting a rich amber hue and a smooth, rounded character. The aging process softens the fruit flavors while preserving the crisp freshness of apples and pears, reminiscent of continental schnapps.
