A duet pack of red and white. For 6 months the wine is lost to the sea where maturation takes place underwater in the Bay of Plentzia. The ageing process delivers unique wines with packaging that illustrates some of the sealife on the reef. Salud!
Sea Soul Nº7 Tasting Notes:
Visual: Brilliant color, straw yellow with green hues. Clean and very bright.
Aroma: Elegant and earthy. Mineral hues of cobble stone, volcanic rock and granite. Fresh fruit of pineapple, peach and plum. In glass appearance of honey, sweet ripe melon and pear aromas. Full character with spicy notes.
Flavor: Intense, bold and full body, smooth and silky, with a well-balanced acidity. Retronasal with fresh, citric and menthol, finishing in peach and plum. Very refreshing and structured.

Visual: Cherry red with intense color.
Aroma: Strong bouquet. Good balance, wood fruit, aromas of cherry pulp, blackberry, strawberry jam, stewed fruits. With a finish of wood, vanilla, cinnamon, and mature grenache.
